When we research and develop products we look carefully into the potential
for global distribution of the product line. Brands such as CollagenRX®
and GlucosamineRX can create more revenues in the foreign distribution
than the USA markets. We estimate as much as 80% of our overall revenues
will come from foreign distribution from a brand such as CollagenRX®.
We brand the product from the beginning stages according to acceptable
standards for marketing to foreign countries. There are considerations
regarding formula development, name storming and overall look of the
product to packaging that looks and feel like a “Made in the USA” product.
In the global market we prepare the product in order to reap the benefits
of the “competitive advantage” of a home-grown, USA-made product.
The basic marketing plan is to acquire Exclusive Master Distributors
in each country in the world. They commit to an initial order of product
and sign an exclusive, performance contract. (See attached Excel spreadsheet
for a typical financial commitment requirements by country for a single
branded line such as CollagenRX®) This gives us predictability in the
order process and enables us to modify products and packaging for each
market. We control fixed costs and G & A costs because our business
model utilizes existing networks of global reps, distributors and importers.
Use of broadband and internet capability permits us to standardize our
branded look worldwide. We can now quickly convey new media including
video and ad campaigns and technical documents to any country in the
world with minor modifications to the product rollout campaign appropriate
to that country. Translations into multiple languages occurs at lightning
speed due this digital network. Central website control for the world
